Elle Uh, CEO of Novelleuh Capital LLC,  has been successfully investing in multi-family real estate since 2010, navigating through various markets in the U.S. With over 12 transactions in 4 states thus far, including California and New York, Novelleuh Capital LLC has a growing portfolio of multi-million dollars in investment properties. Having started her career in affordable housing, Ms. Uh utilizes a disciplined approach to identifying, acquiring, and managing income producing properties in secondary and tertiary markets. These markets are often overlooked due to some barriers of entry.  All property selections undergo a systematic due diligence process led by Ms. Uh, and a team of partners and underwriters she has worked with for years.
